در این مقاله گونه‌های Trichis petrovitzi Mandl, 1973 و T. iranica Mandl, 1973 به عنوان مترادف گونه T. maculata Klug, 1832 معرفی می‌شوند.

گونة Laemostenus (Antisphodrus) murastyii sp. nov از گذرگاه کمران نزدیک فریدون شهر، واقع در رشته کوه­ های زاگرس ایران توصیف، ترسیم و با گونه­ های مرتبط مقایسه شد. همینطور کلید شناسایی و چک‌لیستی از گونه­ های Laemostenus از گروه گونه ­ای glasunowi ارائه شد.

اولین گزارش و یک مترادف جدید برای گونه Poecilus beesoni (Coleoptera: Carabidae) از ایران

Poecilus beesoni (Andrewes) collected at lake Izeh (Khuzestan) is recorded for the first time for Iran. For identification the holotypes of Poecilus beesoni and P. affinissimus were compared. Based on this study Poecilus affinissimus (Ali 1967) is synonymized with Poecilus beesoni (Andrewes, 1927).
